So I have been working my butt off on my website: alanayates.com! When you go there you won't believe me! haha :) But believe it or not, html and css codes are a ton of work! Thanks to my friends at Marketecture I have been able to get my website up and running. It is indeed a work in progress but nonetheless it has got me a lot of photography gigs thus far! Check it out when you can. I will be posting my latest photoshoots and so forth!

Girls Night Out!

A bunch of us decided to have girls night out while our husbands watched the fight!! Thanks Amber for having us over and teaching us how to weave lauhala!!

Our New Place!

So last December, our contract at our old apartment ended. Tyler and I really wanted to move into something bigger and cheaper! We found a cute little home just a few blocks west of our other place. It is one bedroom bigger and a whole lot cheaper! With a few upgrades and a lot of paint, it looks completely different! I didn't take too many 'before pics', but here are a ton of 'after' pics!! We also painted this bed...it was super nasty--graffiti everywhere.

I am so blessed to have these little ones in my life! Can't wait for Krysyan to have her baby girl in March!

It is my last semester here at BYU--bittersweet. You would think that school would be a lot easier now that I have finished all my major classes and just have a few GEs and some other random arts credits left...it's not. Ty laughed and told me that I chose all the "hard-easy" classes to take. He's right! As much as I love floral design I just had an exam, identification of plants test, quiz, and lab. Ceramics. I love ceramics but i seriously find myself in there every saturday throwing on the wheel. I have to show my completed 8 inch cylinder by Thursday. It's hard enough to center the thing! I have a few major presentations and four papers due on Wednesday! AND...mom comes in on Thursday which means CLEAN HOUSE! Anyway i know everyone has their "hell" weeks but this semester is supposed to be easy!!! And to top it off, I'm sick :( That's all. Thanks for listening.

Cornbelly's

In the spirit of fall festivities, we went to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point. IT was nice just spending time with the family--Not to mention my nephew Kamahele "Bobo" is absolutely adorable !
